Background
I am an ACA-qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW) with more than 15 years in finance. I trained at a Big 4 firm and have since held senior finance roles in PE-backed and owner-managed businesses.
Most businesses ask for help when something is changing and the finance function is not ready for it. It might be a fundraise, a refinancing, an acquisition or a team that has outgrown its processes. These moments are manageable with the right preparation. I have been through each of them from the inside. I will work out what needs fixing, tell you plainly and help you get through it.
