Who is responsible

Wychwood Consulting AB is a limited company registered in Sweden and based in Stockholm. It is responsible for the personal data collected through this site.

What is collected

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Your title or role and company are optional and are only used to understand who I am dealing with.

If you email or call using the details on this site, I receive the content of that message and the address or number you used.

This site has no analytics tools, no advertising cookies and no social media trackers. It does not build a profile of how you browse.

How it is used

Your message is used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared with anyone.

Where it is stored

Messages sent through the contact form are stored in the site's database and copied to my email inbox.

The site is hosted by Lovable and email is delivered through Lovable's email service. Both act on my behalf in processing this data.

Google fonts

This site loads its typefaces from Google. When you visit a page, your browser contacts Google's servers and Google can see your IP address. No other third-party content is loaded.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept for 12 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.

You also have the right to complain to the Swedish data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated.
